You get everything you need in one place. In addition to innovative and functional rooms, you will get modern meeting A/V equipment, amenities, catering, and top-notch customer service. HUONE has its own kitchen and our team is there to support your group throughout the event. You will also have your own personal event coordinator to plan the day with you and go through the details every step of the way.
#2 – Rooms designed for trainings
Whether you’re planning a training that requires a lot of interaction and engagement or one that requires more privacy and focus, HUONE finds a perfect room for you. HUONE Helsinki offers 23 different rooms for groups of 2 to 135 people. The Interior elements and design of the rooms are purposefully designed for better engagement and focus. For example, some rooms are equipped with writable walls perfect for brainstorming or workshop. HUONE’s unique Hexagon-shaped tables provide various room setups, which allow the room to be flexible and re-arranged even in the middle of the day. All the rooms have meeting A/V equipment at your disposal.

We understand the nature of the events and that sometimes changes do happen. Our cancellation terms are flexible, and designed to accommodate different group sizes. For example, changing the date of the training is possible once free of charge. You will always get fair, and transparent pricing from HUONE Helsinki. For multiple-day and recurring trainings, we also offer options to put a customized package for you.
