The minimum spend includes all pre-booked meeting packages, catering, and any food & beverage purchases made on-site. If the total spend does not meet the minimum requirement, the remaining amount will be charged as a venue rental fee. However, if the minimum spend is met through packages and other purchases, no separate venue rental is charged.
Example 1 (Minimum Spend Met)
A full-service meeting package for 10 people in HUONE Kluuvi’s Spotlight Room: 95€/person (+VAT) → Total: 950€ (+VAT), Minimum spend for Spotlight Room: 800€ (+VAT). Since the minimum spend is exceeded, no venue rental is charged.
Example 2 (Minimum Spend Not Met)
A lunch meeting package for 5 people in HUONE Kluuvi’s Sisu Room: 71€/person (+VAT) → Total: 355€ (+VAT), Minimum spend for Sisu Room: 600€ (+VAT). The difference (245€ + VAT) is charged as a venue rental fee.

The price includes the room, catering, technical equipment, and support from our team. We provide everything you need so you can focus on your event.
If the number of participants decreases or you have paid more in advance than required, we will refund the difference.
The minimum charge is the lowest price applied for the use of the room. If the total cost of your event falls below this amount, the difference will be charged as a room rental fee.
All prices are shown excluding VAT. Packages are subject to 14% VAT, while additional services and alcohol are subject to 25.5% VAT.
Most of our packages are priced per person. In addition, a minimum room charge applies, which may affect the total price.
HUONE uses partial advance invoicing for events. When the booking is confirmed, we will request your invoicing details (and reference if needed) in order to send an advance invoice for 80% of the event value.
You may also pay for the event with the most common credit/debit cards (excluding AMEX) on-site or via our booking system at the time of reservation.
If the event is booked less than 14 days before the event date, the full amount will be invoiced after the event. The payment term is 10 days, and a €15 + VAT invoicing fee applies.
Cancellations and changes must be made by email or phone (on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00). Changes made by phone will be confirmed by email.
Cancellation policy:
1–10 people: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event; after that, 100% will be charged.
11–40 people: Free cancellation up to 14 days before the event; cancellations 7–14 days before will be charged the minimum room fee; less than 7 days before – 100% charge.
41+ people: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the event; cancellations 21–30 days before will be charged the minimum room fee; less than 21 days before – 100% charge.
The event can be rescheduled once without additional charge, subject to case-by-case approval.
For customised events, the terms will be defined in the offer.
The final number of participants must be confirmed 1–2 weeks before the event (depending on group size). After that, a reduction of up to –10% is allowed until the event day.
