Minimum Charge
The minimum amount depends on the venue and number of participants. Minimum payment only applies to the purchase of meeting packages – otherwise room rent must be paid.
NOTE: On Saturdays, all events have a minimum payment of DKK 15,000 excluding VAT. On Sundays, all events have a minimum payment of DKK 20,000 excluding VAT.
Room Minimum Rental
Extend your meeting, price per extra hour
It is possible to extend your meeting in the room, it costs per hour 15% of the daily rental price (e.g. Ferris wheel room’s rental price = DKK 3,600 – 15% of the daily rental = DKK 540 per hour) all prices are excl. VAT

Get the whole HUONE all to yourself for your company event
Get the whole HUONE for yourself (3,800 m2) – minimum payment is DKK 250,000 excluding VAT / 8 hours
(Including Dining Area and Mezzanine Lounge). There will be no other guests but you in the whole of HUONE*.
*NOTE. However, this does not mean that you may use all rooms – only those you have reserved for the event.
